The Regency Ballroom at Brecon Castle Hotel, Sout Wales
Regency Ballroom is our main function room and can seat up to 200 guests in comfort.
Over 250 years old, it was originally built in the 18th C as the ballroom for the summer residence of Lord Tredegar. With spectacular views over the grounds, the Castle and towards the Brecon Beacons, this is a room to be admired and is the perfect environment in which to enjoy a special meal prepared by our Head Chef and his team. Included with the Regency Ballroom is the exclusive use of our atmospheric Castle Bar for your function with your own bar person and waiting staff.
The Castle Bar is located next to the Ballroom and can accommodate 50 seated guests for drinks off the ballroom. The Castle Bar is built into the 900-year old remains of the medieval Great Hall of Brecon Castle. Alternatively, the Castle Bar can be hired independently.
