This package elements are:
• Meeting room, set up to your layout.
• Flipchart and markers.
• Overhead projector and screen (digital projector costs £50 for day hire).
• TV and video or DVD (on request).
• One Wireless broadband connection.
• Notepaper and pen for each delegate.
• Conference tool kit on request (i.e. drawing pins, stapler, hole puncher, sticky tape, etc.).
• Mineral water.
• Tea, coffee, on arrival, and with homemade biscuits or Welsh cakes, mid-morning.
• Two-course lunch (max 20) or hot & cold buffet with vegetarian options.
• Afternoon tea, coffee with homemade cakes
