Our six meeting rooms, like our bedrooms, are all individually decorated and offer the perfect environment for a number of events from one2ones to exhibitions and Annual General Meetings, for a maximum number of 200 delegates. All of our meeting rooms offer complimentary use of WiFi. 
Delegate rates are available for meetings of a minimum of 5 delegates. Alternatively, room hire and refreshments are individually priced.
Our Daily Delegate rate of £39.00 includes: ~
- Room hire
- Three servings of tea, coffee and home-made biscuits or welsh cakes
- A two-course lunch in our award winning restaurant or Brasserie or a buffet
Twenty four hour rates are available from £139.00 and include all of the above with the addition of: ~
- A three-course dinner in the restaurant
- Overnight accommodation in our bedrooms
- An award winning Welsh breakfast the following morning
A social or conference event over a weekend gives partners the opportunity to meet the people they keep hearing about, improving the understanding between home and work. A formal dinner and dance can be the ideal place to publicly reward the achievers in the company.
Other activities such as riding on the Black Mountains, salmon or trout fishing on the River Usk, walking on the Brecon Beacons, quad-biking and shopping can be organised by the hotel locally and can be included into your package.
A relaxing round of golf on the spectacular Cradoc Golf Course (named Welsh Golf Course of the year) forms the perfect add-on to a busy meeting or conference.
Brecon Castle Hotel is an ideal venue for intimate or large meetings, conferences, exhibitions and training courses.
We offer reduced delegate rates for government offices and companies booking a minimum of 6 meetings per annum.
