Conference Packages at the Hotel
Conference Package rates at Brecon Castle Hotel, Mid-Wales, are per person they exclude VAT and are inclusive of:
Our basic conference package elements are:
- Meeting room, set up to your layout.
- Flipchart and markers.
- Overhead projector and screen.
- TV and video (on request).
- Wireless broadband connection.
- Notepaper and pen for each delegate.
- Place cards.
- Conference tool kit (i.e. drawing pins, stapler, hole puncher, sticky tape, etc.).
- Mineral water and cordials.
NB. Digital projectors can be hired separately for £50 per session.
Our Conference Packages are as follows:
The full-day delegate package: £39.00 per person (minimum 5).
The 24-hour delegate package: £139.00 per person (minimum 5).
The half-day delegate package: £29.00 per person (minimum 5).
The breakfast meeting package: £17.50 person (minimum 5).

Conference Room Hire from Sunday to Friday (prices are exclusive of VAT.)
- Regency Ballroom: £375.00 per four hours.
- Crug Room: £50.00 per four hours.
- Coach Room: £50 per four hours.
- Castle Lounge & Bar: £50.00 per four hours.
- Morgan Lounge: £50 per four hours.
