Booking your wedding reception at the Brecon Castle Hotel
Make an appointment to visit the hotel (You can enquire online) and have a look around and discuss your wedding plans with the wedding co-coordinator, who will be happy to answer any queries that you may have.
You will need to confirm the date required with a non-refundable deposit of £1,000.00
Should your booking be for more than one year in advance you will be required to pay a further non refundable deposit of £1,000.00 on the anniversary of your booking in the following year. Six months prior to your event we require a further deposit of £1,000.00
The final bill must be settled 14 days prior to your date. At the time of the final settlement you will need to confirm the following points:
- The final numbers for the ceremony, wedding breakfast, and evening buffet.
- Vegetarian and other dietary needs.
- The number of children and their specific requirements.
